Carter Gross is an accomplished chef and hospitality leader with more than 15 years of experience in high end culinary operations, private dining, and event management. His work spans intimate tasting menus to large scale VIP programs for events such as the Kentucky Derby and the Breeders’ Cup, all grounded in a dedication to warm, elegant, deeply personal dining experiences.

Carter’s culinary philosophy is shaped not only by his professional training, but by one of the most meaningful roles in his life: being a father to three incredible children. Raising them has deepened his sense of intention, patience, and gratitude. values that naturally carry into his cooking. It has strengthened the way he listens, cares, and considers the people he cooks for. For Carter, food is not just technique or presentation it’s a way of expressing connection, comfort, celebration, and love.

He believes food is woven into every chapter of our lives, our happiest days, our hardest days, and all the moments in between. Creating meals for these moments is an honor he approaches with empathy and heart, always mindful of the impact a shared table can have on the people gathered around it.
